由於矽橡膠具有優異的耐高溫。耐輻射、耐老化、電絶緣和無毒、生理情性。在航天航空飛行器上大量使用。例如:飛機及（jí）其它的航空醬上所（suǒ）用的電線包覆、發動機汽缸。電暗緣（yuán）襯套。熱空氣導管等。
Snce silicone rubber has excellent resistance to high and low temperature , radiation , aging , etectrical insulation and non-toxic . bioiogical inertia , it has been largelyused in the aerospace area . For example ; coated wire in airplanes and other aircrafts , engine eylinders , insulation lining sets , hot air ducts and so on are all made from silicone rubber material .
